Account Manager

Work closely with the sales team to evaluate new customer operations and ensure that; the proposed solution will deliver the required levels of service, is achievable in the time frame required, BAU processes are defined / understood and necessary training is provided to key internal stakeholders

- Build and maintain positive customer relationships to ensure ongoing mutual success and identify additional revenue / EBIT opportunities

- Ensure all customer survey feedback is followed up with designated customers and all participants are appropriately trained / educated

- Accountable for identifying, growth areas within accounts by using the completed detailed account plans for all owned accounts, and deliver growth objectives set for the year

- Proactively manage customers in line with agreed customer framework and review schedule to ensure that all customers are being provided the required level of service

- Identify and lead process improvements initiatives with support from the CI function as required

- Develop and leverage relationships with site management & operational teams to ensure the smooth operational transition from their current way of working to the new process using DigiHaul

You are someone who enjoys a fast paced, dynamic work environment, who excels in quick problem solving and likes to get the job done!, Experience of leading new business implementations and / or Business Change programmes

- Experience of road transport distribution and logistics operations

- Accustomed to working with multiple functions to achieve a rounded solution

- Previous working knowledge of supply chain products and services pertaining to road transport advantageous

- Strong influencing skills and experience of managing without authority and demonstrable stakeholder management experience

- Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills. Capable of tailoring messages to target particular audiences

- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
