Full Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our association as a Administrator. The Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting our Social and Communications operations and ensuring the smooth running of our administrative processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance of the membership CRM database.


  • Maintenance of website and social media platforms.


  • Assisting with timely production of the Wren magazine.


  • Managing telephone, email and face to face enquiries.

    Organising, and taking minutes, at quarterly trustees' meetings, the AGM and Out of Town meetings (these are held on Saturdays on a rotational basis).

    Assisting with organising events.

    Building and maintaining effective relationships with partners of the charity

    Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role
    - Proficient in using office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite
    - Good working knowledge of WordPress and Social Media Platforms
    - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
    - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
    - Strong written and verbal communication skills
    - Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
    - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively

    We offer competitive pro rata salary for this position based on experience. Due to security requirements a DBS check will be required.
