Analyst (Commercial)

We are seeking an Analyst to become part a new and innovative department helping create better value for our clients, improving productivity and efficiency across the commercial transaction teams in London.
Key deliverables:

• Preparing complex valuations models and business cases


• Detail cash flow analysis


• Working closely with senior team members on presentations and financial analysis.


• Ideally experience with excel modelling with a full understanding of investment measures


• Performing comprehensive and in-depth real estate and market analysis.


• Due diligence collection and review.


• Linking with the research department to present a clear picture of statistics and market trends


• Comparable information tracking and collation


• Scenario / Sensitivity analysis


• Sense testing other financial models


• Creating pitches, proposals, and marketing materials.


• Present results to clients in clear and coherent manner


• Analysis of potential and existing clients
