Full Job Description

As an Junior Analyst (f/m/d) with focus on Relationship- and Marketing Managment in the Siemens Xcelerator team, you will help positioning Siemens and its offerings to a demanding audience: analysts and customers. Your role will be to establish and maintain a professional relationship management with key industry analysts to support Siemens' ambitious growth targets and solidify our company as a technology leader in the industry.

As part of your role you will support the Marketing team with analyst custom work and collaterals as well as market intelligence to support the go-to-market strategies of our industry sectors.

As part of our team, you will be on a two-fold mission:

1. Positioning Siemens and Siemens Xcelerator towards Analysts

2. Supporting our industry segments and countries with marketing power.

  • Help build the Siemens tech leadership position . You will be supporting our analyst strategic activities, outreach, projects and content creation, contributing to the internal and external recognition of Siemens Xcelerator. You will help create the outreach program as part of a bigger team and will help to implement it.

  • Relationship Building and Management . Develop close, long-standing, fruitful and meaningful relationships with key industry analysts.

  • Content creation and distribution.

  • For analysts : improve analyst perception on key priority areas around cross company topics and industries to ensure analysts have a strong and positive view of Siemens' strategy, vision and progress, especially through Siemens Xcelerator.

  • For customers : support industries and Siemens regions with marketing efforts, reporting, tool landscape, market research, presentations, and workshops.

  • Monitoring and tracking . We are driven by data, not assumptions. You will stay on top of analyst requests and reports and will report outcomes and impact of outreach programs and marketing campaigns on a regular basis.

  • Develop and deploy analyst relations best practices for Siemens Xcelerator , the industries and countries through as inquiry, briefing, events and evaluations, and sharing insights, trends and research.

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, industry heads and country representatives to ensure unified messaging across all channels.

    Education background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field.

  • Several years of experience in marketing, strategy or communications roles in enterprise technology and/or service providers, and long term experience in analyst relations preferred.

  • Audience understanding: Good audience understanding to review and edit documents and messages prior to being sent out for public or broad viewing.

  • Interpersonal influence: Demonstrate effective persuasion and influence skills communicating both externally and internally. Ability to build constructive relationship across the organization to build trust and rapport with external parties.

  • Speaking and Presentation: Demonstrate ability to present general business ideas, strategies, and results succinctly and persuasively. Deliver compelling verbal communications - even on contentious topics.

  • Proficient in channel management, selecting the most beneficial mix based on audience and desired outcome.

  • Demonstrate a good understanding of marketing basics, analyst firm landscape and Siemens' approach, with proven experience in external communications/marketing and proactive outreach.

  • Languages: fluent in business English mandatory, any additional languages are a nice to have
