Area Manager

As the Area Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our restaurant and bar areas. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will oversee all aspects of operations, from managing staff and maintaining quality standards to driving profitability and guest satisfaction., · Lead a team of dedicated professionals to deliver exceptional service and hospitality.

· Manage day-to-day operations, including staffing, inventory control and guest relations.

· Uphold our high standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and cleanliness.

· Develop and implement strategies to optimize revenue and minimize costs.

· Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

· Previous experience in restaurant and bar management, with a proven track record of success and multi-site management.

· Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-centric mindset.

· Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and analysis.

· Knowledge of relevant health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
