Full Job Description
Your working week will be varied but typical roles and responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
General Duties
- Answer phone
- Filing
- Manage clerical admin
- Stational orders
- Stock controls
- Maintain tracking documents
- Supporting the team by preparing paperwork.
- Updating "myDocsafe" our inhouse customer portal
- Onboarding new clients
- Processing the safety team paperwork
- Sourcing/Booking training venues
- Preparing training venues
- Booking courses & inputting training on awarding bodies systems
- Ordering and Chasing certificates
- Sending course-related info to the customer
- Ordering equipment and materials
- Ordering lunch and refreshments
- Preparing for audits and standardisation meetings
- Administrate training process
- Processing orders
- Packing/picking items
- Completing the administrative process (receipts/delivery notes etc)
- Promote company values and offer
- Prepare whatever is needed for the offsite event (marketing, paperwork, promotional packs etc.)
- General housekeeping (empty bins and keep workspace tidy)
- Make tea and coffee
Level 2 Functional Skills in English and maths (if required) - Have Integrity Be Bold Be Creative Be Accountable Be Committed

Whilst this apprenticeship will be work-based there will be a requirement to attend a fortnightly session based at the college. This session will give you the required knowledge, skills, and behaviours to complete your apprenticeship and succeed at EPA.
Should maths or English Functional Skills be required, these will be delivered at Totton College. Dates and times can be arranged directly with the Functional Skills tutor shortly after enrolment., GCSE or equivalent English Language or Literature (Grade 4) Desired
GCSE or equivalent Maths (Grade 4) Desired, Must be able to commute daily to employer as well as to Totton College. This is an office-based role within a family business. We ALL work together sharing ideas to improve practices.
