Care Coordinator

You must have previous coordination experience in a healthcare setting but beyond solid experience, we seek exceptional critical thinking and communication abilities.

Organised & Methodical: You expertly oversee complex schedules, workflows, administrative tasks. Calm and focused under pressure.

Team Player: You communicate clearly to understand client and field staff needs, provide supportive guidance. Build rapport with ease.

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8 hours shifts between 7am-7pm plus 1 in 3 weekends on call (WFH)
