Caretaker, General Maintenance and housekeeper

Job role will require the successful applicant to be competent at general joinery, simple plumbing maintenance, changing fuses, light bulbs etc, ongoing general repairs, maintaining the carpark, cleaning and maintaining the garden, Daily clean and close down of the children's rooms, weekly deep cleans of each room, laundry duties, restocking cleaning, sanitary and hygiene points, cleaning public spaces and entrances. Responsible for ensuring all areas are kept clean and hygenic.maintaining the touching up of decoration through out the nursery inside and out to a high standard.
Key holding responsibilities and locking up and securing the nursery at the end of each evening. Overseeing any outside contractors working at the nursery.
Applicants must have an eye for detail, be self motivated and driven.
Have the ability to prioritize jobs and plan maintenance through out the year to keep the nursery in clean and good condition at all times, including day to day clean, laundry,
They will work along side an additional caretaker and housekeepers .
A full police check will be needed before the successful applicant can commence work.
Hours will be 20 per week, 5.30pm till 8.30pm Mondays to Thursdays and Saturdays 8.30 - 4.30 pm.

Applicants must have experience of general building maintenance.,

• Basic plumbing and electrics


• Basic DIY Joinery, Commercial cleaning: 1 year (preferred)


• Maintenance: 1 year (preferred)


Licence/Certification:

• DBS (preferred)
