  • The Compliance Business Partner will lead Compliance relationships with Investments, Commercial or Operations and ensure that Compliance works collaboratively with the business area and support business priorities.
    The Compliance Business Partner plays a pivotal role in providing expert guidance on regulatory matters, ensuring that the organisation operates within legal and compliance frameworks.
    The Compliance Business Partner ensures that business processes align with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies.
    Responsibilities:
  • Provide Compliance stakeholder management to the relevant business area and ensure that Compliance is aware of, and has planned for, the business areas strategic and operational plans

  • Provide expert advice on regulatory requirements relevant to the organisation's operations

  • Acting as a subject matter expert on all regulatory matters relating to the relevant business area.

  • Supporting with the completion of FCA/PRA/TPR regulatory returns and/or payment of regulatory levies, ensuring all submissions are completed accurately and within pre-determined timescales.

  • Stay informed about changes in laws, regulations, and industry standards

  • Provide guidance and support to business units on compliance matters

    Has a recognised financial services qualification either relating to Compliance or in a discipline to assist the relevant business area.

  • Experience of DC trust-based occupational pension schemes and / or master trusts.

  • Good technical knowledge of DC pensions, automatic enrolment, taxation, and pension flexibilities.

  • Experience of working as part of a project team.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

  • Intermediate skill in Word/Excel/PowerPoint
