  • Design visually engaging and animated presentations that effectively communicate complex information and tell a compelling story.

  • Collaborate with Coaches and Visualisers to understand their requirements and translate them into visually appealing and impactful slides.

  • Ensure compliance with Objective Quality Standards (OQS) and Mercer Brand Guidelines, maintaining a consistent and professional visual identity across all presentations.

  • Enhance our presentation capabilities by creating and maintaining a library of reusable templates.

  • Adapt quickly to changing circumstances and deliver results with agility and efficiency.

  • Stay up-to-date with scientific trends and adapt them to match best practices in visualisation techniques, continuously improving the quality and impact of your work.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality visualisations.

    Proficiency in PowerPoint.

  • Strong design skills, with a keen eye for aesthetics and layout.

  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.

  • Understand the principles behind cognitive load, and the ability to apply them effectively in design to reduce extraneous cognitive load and enhance message clarity.
