Based in the vibrant heart of South West London and rapidly expanding, we're looking for a dynamic Regional Director of Sport to serve as a Business Partner to play a crucial role in our expansion and to continue the legacy of positively impacting young lives through sports, in the surrey regions of Greater London., Role Summary:As the Director of Sport you will play a pivotal role in accelerating the growth of our surrey region. Your passion for sports coaching, combined with your leadership skills as you build your coaching team, will drive the success of our programs for both primary and early years children. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that the SportyMinis experience remains not only fun and engaging but also a foundational step in a child's lifelong journey in sports and personal development.,

• Deliver engaging and dynamic primary and early years sports coaching sessions.


• Lead the recruitment and training of new sports coaches.


• Drive sales and marketing initiatives to boost regional growth.


• Manage and create content for social media platforms to enhance our online presence.


• Ensure the highest standards of coaching and operations are maintained.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sports coaching.


• Must possess a valid driver's licence and have access to a vehicle.


Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience in coaching both early years and primary school-aged children.


• Leadership experience or qualities.


• Strong communication and organizsational skills.
