E-Commerce Assistant

We are seeking an E-commerce assistant to join our team and drive our online sales growth. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms including eBay and Amazon and ideally have a knowledge in motorcycle parts and accessories., Listing items onto eBay & Amazon
- Optimising listing titles and descriptions
- Photographing new products
- Respond to customer questions and enquiries
- Provide shipment information to customers

Experience working in e-commerce specifically eBay & Amazon is essential
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis
- Strong time management skills to meet deadlines effectively
- Excellent copywriting skills for creating compelling product descriptions
- Ability to lead projects and work well in a team environment
