Full Job Description

The post holder will be responsible for ensuring the finished product is examined to meet CCL standard and specific customer requirements. Working as part of a line team to ensure a quality service is provided to both internal and external customers. Further to this you will work with other members of the line team to maintain maximum efficiency at all times.

Responsibilities will include:

1. Read and understand dockets and CMS to obtain relevant information. Complete all

relevant paperwork.

2. Accurate input of in-house data capture computer systems.

3. Set machine for product examination following customer specification. Complete final inspection. Reporting any quality shortfalls / quality issues.

4. Identify finished reels and finish to customer specification.

5. Complete line clear out.

6. Understand the Company Quality, Hygiene and Environmental Policies in relation to the relevant standards (specifically BS EN ISO 9001: 2015 & PS9000:2016) and actively promote these within the business.

You will be organised, have excellent attention to detail with a flexible attitude, be a team player and have the ability to work to a high standard providing a quality service to all customers.

Qualifications/skills - Minimum GCSE Maths & English or equivalent.

Experience - No previous experience is required as a full in-house training programme will be provided for the right candidate with a dedicated trainer.
