Full Job Description

As the senior operational point of contact for Investments (PM, PS) and advanced subject matter expert for assigned investment strategies, the Senior IL uses sound business judgment to ensure operational readiness of proprietary products and client portfolios Creates and ensures accuracy of portfolio-level data and analysis to support most complex investment decisions and client inquiries Facilitates timely resolution of the most complex investment-related issues to minimize risk and compliance errors. The Senior IL stays informed about regulatory changes that may impact their investment strategy and Fixed Income asset class and proactively shares information with the team and Investments Given the criticality of data management in support of given investment strategies the IL will frequently be asked to participate in the implementation of new systems Acting on behalf of Investments, the Senior IL is responsible for communicating investment strategy changes to Marketing and Operations
teams. This includes managing benchmark changes, investing in new markets or instrument types, PM and investment analyst changes. The Senior IL acts with authority in determining the impact to reporting and websites. The Senior IL independently leads cross-functional teams to ensure changes are accommodated timely
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including demonstrated ability to influence changes amongst peers to achieve desired results Advanced knowledge of accounting, trading, performance, and risk concepts Demonstrated advanced analytical and quantitative modelling skills to develop new reporting that enhance the investment process Demonstrated negotiation skills with all levels of associates to motivate them to take action Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in investment and regulatory reporting Ability to trouble-shoot and resolve technology issues including building Excel macros, SQL and data extraction and interpretation from vendor applications (eg. Bloomberg, PORT) Strong organization and planning skills to guide and direct cross-functional teams Able to independently prioritize and identify trade-offs for multiple client and stakeholder needs in an extremely fast-paced, high-volume environment with changing priorities, Able to work effectively with business partner

managers and decision makers to influence change, Able to breakdown complex issues and products into tangible action items Preferred:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting CFA charter holder or working towards it Experience with using vendor applications and market data services (e.g., Bloomberg PORT and others) Relevant experience within Fixed Income
