Full Job Description

An exciting dual role has arisen for a dedicated and experienced Front of House receptionist/Aesthetic Practitioner to join our team.

As an Aesthetic Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing a range of non-surgical aesthetic treatments to our clients. Your expertise and attention to detail will contribute to enhancing the look and confidence of our clients.

As Front of House Receptionist, you will oversee all patient bookings and treatment plans. You will need to communicate with patients over the phone and via email. Excellent communication skills are crucial to succeed in the role. As this is a dual role previous reception experience in a clinic setting is required. As a Front-of-house/Aesthetic practitioner, you will, but not be limited to:

  • Welcoming guests into the clinic

  • Booking/ rescheduling appointments

  • Manage the booking system

  • Understand the treatments provided to answer any queries and book consultations

  • Ensure the FOH area is presentable at all times

  • Take payments and deposits for treatments and pre-bookings

  • Cash up EOD

  • Ensure smooth running of the day-to-day bookings

  • Be proactive in contacting and following up on all enquiries

  • Carry out aesthetic treatments to a high standard

    Experienced in a Front of House role: ideally a minimum of 2 years.

  • Proven experience as an Aesthetic Practitioner or similar role: a minimum of 2 years.

  • In-depth knowledge of non-surgical aesthetic procedures and skincare treatments

  • Familiarity with medical-grade skincare products and equipment

  • Strong understanding of facial anatomy and aesthetics

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results

  • Passion for aesthetics

  • Provide excellent communication skills, whether face-to-face, on the phone, or via email.

  • Be self-motivated.

  • Have good computer skills, including the use of Word and Excel.

  • Possess excellent organisational & time management skills, with an ability to prioritise important tasks

    House of Aesthetics is a luxury aesthetics clinic based in the heart of South East London. The clinic specialises in Hair, Skin and Body and Wellness treatments. The clinic is situated on Bromley High Street, South East London, just a 15-minute train journey from Victoria Station. It's easily accessible by both train and car.
