Full time Bar and Restaurant Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bar Manager to oversee our bar operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maximizing profitability. - Train, supervise, and schedule bar staff
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for patrons

Previous experience in a similar role within the food and beverage industry
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
- Proficiency in food preparation, bartending, and team management
- Excellent leadership and supervisory skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards
- Experience in a restaurant ND bar setting is preferred,

• Transport links, This is a full time role where I can guarantee at least 35hrs a week. It is straight shifts, these are a mix of earlies, lates and on occasion a middle shift, but we avoid split shifts like they are they plague!


It is an hourly paid role, we are open to negotiation on the hourly rate, it is starting at £12.50 but depending on experience and how much you blow me away in the interview, it means there could very well be more in the pot for the right person. We are looking for someone to start immediately, but appreciate you may have a notice period., Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
