Full Job Description

The Head of Estates will be a crucial person ensuring Mitie maintains a good reputation on the Estate ensuring the contract kpi's and sla's hit. This job will varied and interesting involving a bit of everything! Including: both Hard and Soft services. Responsibility for overseeing the delivery of all hard services on the site including PPM and Reactive Maintenance, Capital and Minor Works, Energy Management. All statutory contractual and legal compliance, Site and building management. A people manager you will have managed both Directly employed staff and sub-contractors ensuring high levels of delivery within a CPI's, KPI's, PI's environment and managed, monitored and controlled costs ensuring achievements of financial targets. As you will play a key role in the audit process you will be experienced in management information, operational finance and reporting.

You will be pivotal in engaging and managing key stakeholder relationships including managing multi-disciplinary teams. You will also be able to demonstrate an awareness of CDM regulations.

What it will look like when you are doing the job well: None or minimal financial penalties; Efficient and economic use of labour without premium rate overtime or spikes in annual leave; high levels of customer satisfaction; Achieving budget set for each area and so on.

What are we looking for: Senior Engineering Manager with a background in Operational Healthcare with knowledge of HTM. We will also be considering Engineering Managers without Healthcare experience providing you are willing to learn HTM and can demonstrate an interest in healthcare.
