Full Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated dietitian to join our team of 7paediatric dietitiansat The Royal Oldham Hospital. This post will provide a service to our inpatient ward and weekly outpatient clinic. Ideally you will have some experienceof paediatrics, althoughfull trainingcan be given. You will be supported by the band 7 paediatric dietitians and work with other paediatric dietitians who cover a range of specialities including paediatric diabetes andneonates.

This position is ideal for dietitians with some paediatric experience who, depending on their clinical skills, could be supported from a Band 5 level to the Band 6.

The post holder will:

· Provide the dietetic service to the 36 bedded children's ward

· Cover a weekly general paediatric clinic

· Be involved in the training of other health professionals

· Contribute to the training of dietetic students

· Be involved in audit & policy development
