Hotel Porter

We are a boutique, independent, family run hotel set in the beautiful Hertfordshire countryside. We are currently recruiting for a part time casual, Hotel Porter across the hotel and for our Kingsbridge Estate, which is the ultimate showstopper wedding venue, with it's own private access off the main road, fishing lakes, plenty of quirky accommodation & stunning manicured gardens. This role will be approx 20 hours per week, to include weekends.

Hotel Porter - what's involved?

• answering internal calls


• greeting guests and carrying luggage to and from their room


• showing guests to their room and explaining the facilities


• taking and delivering messages to guests


• room service for Kingsbridge estate


• answering guests' questions and queries about the hotel and local points of interest


• keeping the Kingsbridge Estate tidy, including living space, kitchen, cinema, gym and hot tub


• Driving guests from the main hotel to the Kingsbridge Estate
  
  Someone who is highly organised and a natural communicator. A people person who enjoys positively impacting on the people you interact with - both customers and other team members.


• An individual who is passionate about hospitality and customer service.


• Someone who can be part of a team that works hard, supports each other and has fun along the way.


• Must hold a UK Driving License.


• Must be available to work weekends
