HR Administrator

Bramley Health are looking for a passionate people person to join their team in Head Office as a Human Resources Administrator, on a temporary basis (3 months)

The HR Administrator is a varied role that is vital to the smooth running of the business, providing a mix of HR administrative duties, project coordination and wider employment relation matters., As the HR Administrator, you'll be the first point of contact for all general enquiries to the HR department and provide administrative support to the HR manager.,

• Assist with employee relation matters including disciplinary processes, appeals and grievances


• Assist with project work, maintaining the HR communication calendar and coordinating communications from the team


• Participate in reviewing and updating policies and procedures


• Minute taking at disciplinary and capability hearings


• Create regular and ad hoc reports on the HR system as required


• Keep HR systems all up to date and well maintained


Full training will be provided, but the following would be beneficial for the role of HR Administrator


• Working towards level 3 CIPD qualification


• Strong experience within a similar HR Admin role


• Competent use of the complete Microsoft package


• Strong organisational and time management skills
