Multi Site / Part Time Maintenance Assistant

The Holiday Inn Express M6 J10 and Park Inn by Radisson Walsall M6 J9 require a Part time/Multi Site Multi Site Maintenance Assistant to work alongside the Maintenance Managers at each hotel to ensure that the hotels are kept up to Brand Standards as well as complying with Health and Safety and Fire Safety Legislation.

The job will involve daily tasks where necessary involving hotel bedrooms, keeping hotel grounds clean and tidy, Health and Safety tests (when trained) and other larger projects such as painting and decorating, plumbing and basic like-for-like electrics when required.

Experience in a similar role is ideal and training on hotel specific systems will be given.

Work patterns are 3 days at one hotel and 2 at another or as required.

There may be extra working hours available when the Maintenance Manager(s) are on holiday
