Full Job Description

We are seeking an Operations Supervisor to join our employability team in Thanet. As an Operations Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in managing a caseload of participants to facilitate successful transitions into employment, as well as managing a team of Community Connectors and supporting them to achieve employment outcomes. Delivery on this project is a combination of group training sessions and one-to-one support, requiring a dedicated and empathetic approach whilst motivating people to achieve the best possible outcomes for them.

Main Duties:

· Manage a caseload of participants, providing one to one individualised support to facilitate their journey into employment.

· Prepare CVs, cover letters, job applications, skills analysis and mock interviews and with participants.

· Deliver group training sessions aimed at enhancing employability skills and job readiness.

· Provide regular feedback to participants and support group members to foster a positive and supportive environment.

· Meeting and exceeding the project targets of moving people into sustainable employment.

· Maintain accurate records of participant progress and outcomes, ensuring compliance and reporting requirements are met.

· Collaborate with and support internal teams to maximise client outcomes and opportunities in line with project KPIs.

· Line manage a team of support staff, providing supervision, guidance, and support as needed.

· Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members.

· Liaise with external partners to promote the project, provide feedback on referrals and build and maintain professional relationships

· Meet required KPI's to in accordance with agreed deadlines

· Comply with GDPR, Safeguarding, Health and Safety and other policies and procedures.
