+ Proven leadership and project management skills.
+ Experience in delivering tender information and adhering to British building regulations.
+ Proficiency in Revit and strong presentation abilities.
+ On-site or construction experience with excellent organizational capabilities.
+ A minimum of two years' post-Part 3 experience is preferred, with a demonstrated ability to engage deeply with all project phases.
All candidates must demonstrate:
+ High proficiency in Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
+ Strong skills in Rhino or CAD.
+ Residency in London or the ability to work in London.
