    About you

    You will fit right into this role if you:
  • Are passionate about using technology to best achieve business objectives and improve services.

  • Have extensive experience of Microsoft identity platforms, particularly Microsoft Entra/Azure Active Directory, as well as Active Directory Domain Services.

  • Have extensive experience specifically around advanced group management capabilities (including dynamic groups and unified groups), application management (including SSO, app registration, and enterprise applications), and security features (such as conditional access, PIM, and SSPR)

  • Have a good understanding of Microsoft 365 and broader Microsoft SaaS licencing.

  • Have experience in working in hybrid environments, with direct knowledge of Azure AD Connect/Cloud Sync.

  • Have a proactive can-do attitude and will enjoy contributing towards an adaptive, fun and creative environment

  • Have experience of building trust and highly effective working relationships with a diverse range of technical and none technical stakeholders at all levels of the organisation


  • It would be advantageous if you had any of the following:
  • Experience of advanced Entra features in the security and identity governance areas, including risk/role based access, Entitlement Management, Lifecycle Workflows, and Identity Protection.

  • Experience of IaC technologies, such as Ansible and Terraform.

  • Understanding of Microsoft Graph and related APIs

  • Working knowledge of SIEM technologies, particularly Microsoft Sentinel, and/or XDR technologies such as Microsoft Defender.

  • Experience in other areas of the Microsoft 365 collaboration stack from an administrative perspective, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams and Intune/MEM.

  • Experience of working in an Agile environment

    We are seeking a Platform and Infrastructure Specialist to join us on a 12 month fixed term contract to work within the Access and Devices product team, to support Greggs in implementing frictionless internal customer solutions that continually improve how we provide authentication, authorisation and access services to our colleagues, driving automated and self service capabilities to ensure ease of access to our systems while also continually improving our security posture.
