Full Job Description

In your role, you will have two complimentary requirements. 1) To review all client reporting issues and determine actions to remediating to 100% timeliness and accuracy.

2) Have daily oversight of the entire end to end global reporting production cycle. Manage, trouble shoot and resolve daily production issues with existing client reporting teams and managers.

How you'll spend your time..

Provide day to day oversight to a variety of teams and staff for production of scheduled institutional client reporting deliverables via a daily call.

Responsible for day-to-day monitoring of timely and accurate information inputs needed across deliverables to ensure they are on track.

Ensure tasks and resources are assigned, monitor progress to ensure goals are on track, proactively identify and minimize issues / risks, and provide management and / or organizational updates and status reporting.

Initiate deep dive analysis to determine root causes of any late reports with corresponding remediation for prioritization.

Develop and execute policies, procedures and controls associated with assigned processes that mitigate financial, brand and regulatory risks.

Develop and execute re-engineering efforts that improve performance and outcome of reporting deliverables.

Develop and maintain relationships with external and internal partners to achieve goals. Understand internal and external client goals, needs and expectations.

Provide timely and effective communication to management and stakeholders.

Experience in root cause analysis

Comfortable engaging with multiple teams and coordinating process improvements with them

Self starter who is comfortable managing meetings, and holding people to account

Experience in an operations function responsible for day-to-day processes and writing procedures.

Strong ability to work across multiple levels of leadership. Comfortable working in a flexible, fast-paced environment.

Strong communication and writing skills with ability to translate business requirements into data extractions and / or analysis.

Ability to think strategically while maintaining a focus on a tactical level.
