Service Advisor

BMS Cars is rapidly expanding and requires a Service Advisor to support the team.

BMS Cars is a busy and well equipped garage based in Sidlesham, just south of Chichester. We have a 5000sq ft workshop with 7 ramps and a MOT bay. We also deal with vehicle sales and online vehicle purchases.

The business is experiencing very rapid growth so there will be lots of opportunities. Our Service Advisor will provide a seamless telephone and face to face service to our customers, utilising their excellent customer service and communication skills.

Salary: £25k to £27k dependent upon experience/skills, plus generous monthly commission (annual average £2,500)

Hours 3 week rota: 2 x weeks of Mon to Fri 8am to 5pm, 1 week of Mon to Fri 8am to 6pm

1 Saturday morning in 3 weeks, 9am to 1pm worked from home!

Your duties will include:

Managing the busy phone line with incoming and outgoing calls

Providing excellent customer service, updating customers on status of their vehicle

Booking in customers cars for MOT s, Services and Mechanical Repairs

Taking payments both cash and card

Adhoc associated administration

Are you an experienced Service Advisor looking to work for a fun, busy workshop without micro-management?,

  Salary £22/£25k dep upon experience plus commission; average annually £2,500+
