Set, Prop & Costume Storage Supervisor

Organise and manage Mayflower's Set, Prop & Costume stores, including completing and maintaining an inventory database, tracking the use of all stored items across Mayflower productions, supervising & keeping records of collections and returns, tidying of items back into their correct locations and coordinating hires and loans of items to outside companies.

A flexible and practical individual with great organisational skills and attention to detail. Experience or knowledge of theatre productions would be an advantage.

Mayflower Theatre is the largest theatre on the South Coast with 2,271 seats in the auditorium. The Theatre's aim is to bring a diverse range of shows to Southampton. We present a mixture of spectacular touring productions, from musicals to dance, opera, drama, ballet and comedy.

MAST Mayflower Studios is a cultural and community hub. We present family shows, dance, musicals, music, comedy, circus, cabaret, spoken word, and visual arts. We put participation at the heart of everything we do.

Both the Theatre and Studios operate under the Mayflower brand. Collectively we provide Inspiring Experiences to all who engage with each venue.

The role will be offered based on an annualised hours contract of 1300 hours per year - an average of 25 hours per week - including afternoons, evenings, and weekends.

Salary: £15.38 per hour, plus benefits.
