Full Job Description

  • Running own case load of litigated files with some pre-litigated advice files.

  • Giving indemnity advice, Article 75, RTA insurer, first party claims and dealing with the full range of motor fraud types.

  • Actioning all cases in line with department/client service standards and protocols

  • Dealing with technical aspects of the case, under the supervision of the partner/associates in the team.

  • To ensure that financial targets are met.

  • Use of the Case Management system (Visualfiles) and use of standard documentation wherever appropriate.

  • Progress cases proactively to a satisfactory/speedy settlement in accordance with client requirements

    Qualified Solicitor or CILEx

  • Tangible experience of Fraud work within a defendant or Claimant environment

  • Strong academic background

  • Strong Organisational skills and attention to detail
