Full Job Description

  • To work as a member of the Children's Social Care Administration Team co-ordinating and responding to Subject Access Requests appropriately and within the legislative timescale.

  • To supervise permanent and casual Access to Records officers and quality assure their responses to SARs.

  • To provide advice and assistance to colleagues on the maintenance of records within Data Protection legislation.

  • To assist in the collection, processing and presentation of performance data and management information

  • To apply consistently the principles of Equal Opportunities and exercise the duties of the Data Protection Act 2018.

    You will be working with a range of highly sensitive documents in a role which requires high levels of accuracy, attention to detail and confidentiality., The Central Administration Team is a skilled team providing a range of administration support services across Children's Social Care. We are an experienced, friendly and supportive team, with effective leadership in place., We are looking for a knowledgeable, enthusiastic, self-motivated and solution focused individual, with an eye for detail, and ideally with experience in a similar role.
