Bar Staff / Waiting staff

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers providing excellent customer service in a fast paced environment.

- Engaging with customers and advising them about current promotions.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area

- Operate the Point of Sale system and PDQ machine

- Check if necessary identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol

- Follow all health and safety and sanitation policies

We're looking for someone confident, dynamic & hard working to join our close-knit team at 2 Heritage Live Festivals. 1st at Englefield Estate and the other at Audley End.

Do you have a passion for providing great customer service?

Do you have an eye for detail & high standards?, Proven experience as a bartender or similar role preferred

- Must be able to attend both events.

- Understanding of hygiene and safety regulations

- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.

- Must be of legal drinking age

- Ideally we would like staff to camp on site for both event dates. For those that do we will provide 3 meals a day, shower and toilet block and communal marquee.
