Full Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and driven Business Support Officer to join our small team based in central Huntingdon, to provide administration support to the head office function of Family Psychology Mutual CIC. We provide home-based family therapy sessions with young people and their families using evidence-based intervention models such as MST and FFT. Our teams are based in Norfolk, Suffolk and London. The role will work closely with the Operations Director & Huntingdon team to provide support with Recruitment, HR Reporting System, Financial reconciliations and processes and Health & Safety etc.

You will work within a small team but also be comfortable working independently and flexibly as required. Family Psychology Mutual is an employee owned business and social enterprise.

A suitable candidate for this role will have strong organisational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy and an ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to interact effectively and at ease with families, colleagues, and external stakeholders. You will be proficient in data entry, utilising various software tools such as Excel. You will be able to work collaboratively in a team environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in approach, and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills. You will be committed to maintaining confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately. Previous experiences in similar administrative or support roles is preferred.
