Full Job Description

Reporting to the South Holland Centre Manager, your role will be to provide a welcoming and friendly environment for our customers and to assist the manager and front of house team in delivering our varied programme of music, live theatre, comedy and functions. The main duties will be to process customer bookings, answer telephone queries and ensure the smooth running of shows and events.

The South Holland Centre is looking for Casual Box Office Assistants to join our busy front of house team. If you enjoy meeting people, have excellent attention to detail, and have customer service experience we'd love to hear from you., Candidates should be able to work well within a team, have excellent customer service skills and be willing to work evenings, weekends and public holidays. An interest in theatre and performing arts would be advantageous.
