CNC Machinist - Turning (Full Time)

Summary: We are looking for a skilled CNC Machinist - Turning to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and programming CNC machines to produce precision parts. Your knowledge of materials handling, tooling, and mechanics will be essential in ensuring accurate and efficient production.,

• Set up, operate, and program CNC turning machines (Star, Doosan Lynx, HAAS, etc) to produce components with tight tolerances


• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings


• Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance


• Monitor machine operations to detect any issues or malfunctions


• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy


• Collaborate with team members to improve production processes


• Maintain a clean and organized work area
  
  Previous experience as a CNC Machinist, setter, programmer, or similar role


• Strong knowledge of materials handling, tooling, and mechanical principles


• Proficiency in using hand tools and measuring instruments


• Familiarity with Fusion, SolidWorks, or other CAD software (development and training can be provided)


• Basic math skills for performing calculations and measurements


• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
