Delivery & Ops Specialist - Salary Circa £29,000.
The enthusiastic and friendly Delivery & Operations IT team is looking for someone with a passion for IT and providing customer service to join them as a Delivery & Ops Specialist.

We have one vacancy based in Norwich city centre which is an office-based role.
A bit about the job:
In this role you will be working as part of the Del & Ops team who work closely with Deskside support colleagues.

• Arranging the secure collection of redundant kit from regional sites for resale/disposal.


• Arrange the collection of IT equipment from colleagues' homes who have left the company.


• Organise hardware for requests which could include laptops, monitors and desktops.
  
  Excellent collaboration and customer service skills.


• The ability to multitask whilst working in a busy back-office environment.


• Good understanding of Windows 10/11 & Microsoft Office 365.

• Salary Circa £29,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
