As part of our expansion, Curaleaf are looking for a dynamic thinker to join our growing Marketing team., You will identify, plan, and deliver a programme of high impact, cost effective events to support the marketing strategy and business objectives. You will be expected to take all necessary steps to ensure successful delivery and follow up of the event, attending whenever possible.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this position works to deliver new leads and brand awareness, manage exhibition and conference calendars around the world, and create content.

Duties will include:

  • Handling the full event package & project management, including business listings, in-event experiences, staffing, and accommodation requirements.

  • Event follow up, debrief, and analysis.

  • Planning all event merchandise, collateral, and feedback forms

  • Partaking in budget planning, monitoring ongoing spend, and delivering the best possible ROI for events.

  • Contributing to the wider marketing team and playing an active role within the department.

  • Taking photographs/videos at events to provide full catalogue of stands and at-event photography to be used in social media, internal newsletters, and presentations.


  • The role includes weekend and out of hours working with travel throughout the UK, potentially into Europe. TOIL will be available.

You must be comfortable working in an environment that embraces change and expansion, not afraid to suggest new ideas and approach things from a different angle.

    It is essential you:
  • Hold an Events/Business Degree or have relevant experience in this field.

  • Have a track record of managing events, shows, or conferences successfully.

  • Have excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.

  • Work effectively in a team and value collaboration.

  • Have strong commercial awareness.


  • You must be willing to travel and a driving licence would be highly advantageous.
