About the Role:

This role offers you the chance to:

  • Support the Locality Manager in guiding, motivating, and empowering your team to deliver high-quality homes aligned with our values.

  • Manage service budgets effectively.

  • Lead recruitment efforts and oversee person-centred rota management.

  • Set a positive example and inspire your team through your leadership.

  • Managing complex support settings to provide the best possible support.

  • Support of managing 20+ staff members, along with agency and relief workers.

  • Oversee over 900 delivery hours to ensure the people we support receive the support they need.

  • You have a proven track record of successfully managing teams in complex support settings.

  • Experience in supporting individuals with a wide range of needs, including autism and complex learning disabilities.

  • Your empathy and leadership skills enable you to support both staff and people we support effectively.

  • You must have a valid driver's license, as driving is essential for this role.

  • You thrive in a dynamic environment and are comfortable working across multiple locations.

  • Your dedication to providing person-centred care is evident in everything you do.

  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.

  • A willingness to work towards a Diploma Level 3 in Health and Social Care/Leadership and Management for Care Services.
