Health Care Assistant (Bank)

We are currently seeking bank staff to join our small team of dedicated Care Assistants working in Dartford and the surrounding areas.

As a Care Assistant, you will provide essential support to our clients in their own home assisting with daily activities, monitoring client well-being, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment.

DUTIES INCLUDE:

- Assisting clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing

- Administering medications as directed by healthcare professionals

- Monitoring well-being and reporting concerns

- Providing person centred care as set out in clients care plan.

- Providing emotional support and companionship to clients.

- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of client care activities

- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment. - Meal preparation, washing up and tidying kitchen.

Experience in home care or similar healthcare settings is preferred

- Knowledge of care plans and the ability to follow them accurately

- Proficient in using basic IT systems for documentation purposes

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

- Compassionate and empathetic nature with the ability to connect with clients

- Valid driver's license and use of vehicle for work.
