Management Accountant

We are seeking a skilled Management Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial management and reporting, utilizing various accounting software tools to ensure accurate financial data analysis.

Duties:

- Oversee financial accounts and ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded
- Utilize accounting software Sage, Resident, Reapit, excel and to manage financial data
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently
- Conduct financial accounting tasks and prepare detailed financial reports

- Daily cash flow reporting

- Maintaining sales & purchase ledger - entering/paying supplier invoices/statement recs

- vat returns

- Producing monthly branch profit and loss accounts

- Variance analysis

- Monthly expenses

- Control account reconciliations - accruals/prepayments

AAT qualified. Or qualified by experience - Sage experience essential
- Proven experience working with accounting software such as , Sage, Reapit, Resident & excel

- Strong verbal & written communication skills required
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail

- Working in a team of 4, reporting to the Finance Director

- Great organisational skills and used to working to deadlines,

• GCSE or equivalent (preferred), accounting: 5 years (required)
