Full Job Description

We are seeking an approachable Office Administrator with strong admin skills to join our team. The role requires someone who has accounting/admin experience. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and assisting with the smooth operation of our office.,

  • Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records

  • Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence

  • The ability to multi task is essential

  • Assist with office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary

  • Organize and schedule visits with prospective parents

  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner

  • Coordinate office events and meetings

  • Provide excellent phone etiquette when interacting with parents and visitors

    The ideal candidate will have experience of running a small payroll and have experience with school/nursery funding.


  • We use traditional ledgers, knowledge of Microsoft packages is also required.

    Being the first point of contact for all visitors you will be friendly and able to create a warm welcome.

    This is a part time position, three mornings per week 8.45 - 12.00,
  • Experience of accounting, traditional ledgers, payroll and funding is essential

  • Proficient in using Microsoft packages

  • Previous experience as an administrative or clerical role is essential

  • Familiarity with computerized office systems and software

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
