Full Job Description

We're recruiting for a Fixed Term Contract role within the Vodafone UK Reward Centre of Excellence, who have just won Team of the Quarter within HR!

The Organisation Effectiveness Lead will deliver key Organisation Effectiveness (OE) operational activities, by providing support and using data analytics to offer concise logical advice to the business, on all relevant Reward & OE projects/programmes in line with business strategy and within the OE agenda.

The role will involve influencing decisions through guidance or council and leading on data to deliver OE digital acceleration plans by developing digital tools that enable faster data driven decisions within the function.

The role holder will partner with and be a central point of contact for HR and Finance colleagues to execute OE policies across the local market, demonstrating a good understanding of established OE concepts, procedures and tools.

  • Partnering with key stakeholders for budget and headcount exercises; Employment cost and Headcount monitoring; Employment cost analysis; Organisational Health Checks monitoring; Job architecture reviews; and the maintenance of data & reporting dashboards

  • Ensure accurate tracking of the key elements of employment cost and headcount, to support strategic decision making

  • Proactive identification of cost saving opportunities which align to Vodafone's policies and People plans, whilst supporting the wider business strategy

  • Ensuring the job architecture mapping is consistently and accurately applied in real-time and job architecture dashboards are used to drive decision making

  • Proactive identification of improvements to OE practices and processes aligned to the Vodafone Spirit

  • Managing the successful delivery of projects on time & to budget and ensuring accuracy of all information shared

  • This role will not encompass managing direct reports.

    We're looking for someone with a proven track in Organisation Effectiveness or Organisation Design, with an understanding of OE best practice (established concepts, procedures & tools) to successfully deliver operational & strategic plans

  • Possesses a good understanding of how the Vodafone UK organisation is structured and its business strategy

  • The ability to collaborate with and build effective working relationships with Reward Team members, as well as with wider HR in Vodafone UK and Vodafone Group

  • Possesses effective communication skills, with the ability to successfully deliver complex information and influence senior level stakeholders and directors

  • Demonstrates a strategic approach with a focus on continuous improvement and best practice

  • Produces work that meets the required quality standards & deadlines to enable the effectiveness of the team and successful delivery of goals

  • Highly numerate with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
