Production Operative

We currently have multiple roles available in our disassembly, parts cleaning, and assembly departments. Your main duties may include:

• Mechanical disassembly/assembly of remanufactured product lines (steering racks, differentials, hydraulic pumps etc.).


• Manual cleaning of disassembled components to prepare them for assembly.


• Operating automated parts cleaning machinery.


• Inspection/Rework of disassembled parts to prepare them for assembly.


• Testing of finished remanufactured products to ensure they meet customer/safety requirements.


• Following work instructions to ensure the correct processes and procedures are followed, according to customer requirements.


• Maintaining a clean and organised working environment.
  
  Ideally, the successful candidate will have previous experience in an engineering/manufacturing environment and will possess a good eye for detail and the ability to identify solutions to problems., Motivated individual with strong work ethic.


• Previous experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment preferred.


• Proficient in using hand tools and power tools.


• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.


• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks, as required.


• Excellent problem solving skills.


• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
