Full Job Description

The Quality Compliance and Systems team provide support to all activities associated with the sterile manufacture of pharmaceutical products at our factory in Swindon. As part of the team you will support the Quality Management Systems designed to ensure the quality assurance of our manufacturing operations. You will gain an understanding of the associated rules and regulations governing pharmaceutical manufacturing., In this role you will:

  • Engage with suppliers as part of the vendor assurance processes

  • Support internal and external audit activities

  • Participate with other departments in regard to documents and record management.

  • Monitor and issue metrics for the site and follow up with action owners for on time completion

  • Support training curricula activities on site as a Qualified SME

  • Report trend analysis and performance data.

  • Support Practical Process Improvements

  • Support the issuance of a regular quality newsletter

  • Use Key Quality Management Systems including, Trackwise, SAP, EDMS and SFLMS


  • EH&S:
  • Understand emergency procedures and follow safe systems of work.

  • Ensure compliance with environment, health and safety and security policies and follow procedures, rules, signage, and instructions at all times.

  • Ensure timely reporting and investigation of all accidents, near misses and breaches of rules.

    During the internship you will experience true hands-on experience, the opportunity to address real-time problems, the chance to network with other interns from different backgrounds, exposure to senior leadership and build your interpersonal skills. You will gain a detailed understanding of life in a Global organization and pharmaceutical Quality Assurance., Be working towards or have recently completed a science-based or business degree.

  • Excellent written English using clear and concise language.

  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, PowerBI skills

  • Good time management

  • Excellent attention to detail and personal integrity
