QA Team Leader - Late Shift Are you a QA Team Leader looking for a fresh challenge in a fast-paced environment? We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic individuals to assist with the quality assurance and production due diligence requirements for all products at our site in March, Cambs. You will be working to supervise the PA team to ensure completion of general duties are completed efficiently and accurately around process control, CCP checks and traceability of our products. G's Fresh Beetroot operation in March packs over 17.5k tonnes each year, a site with industry-leading automation and a significant workforce, supplying the UK's leading supermarkets with fresh, healthy Beetroot products. Key Responsibilities of our QA Team Leader:    Process Control - ensure timely preparation and maintenance of vinegar dips including titration checks of products passing sanitiser tunnels into to high care. CCP Checks - including pH control, retort checks and metal detection. QA checks of all finished goods - product samples for shelf life, microbiological and nutritional testing. Completion of daily and weekly GMP audits - reporting any non-conformances. Completion of traceability and mass balance exercises. Training team members to ensure knowledge competency of CCP and integrity checks. â€"â€"â€"â€"Candidate Requirements of our QA Team Leader: Good communication and organisational skills Attention to detail. Good numerical and analytical skills Proficient use of IT (Microsoft Excel, Word) Team Player Food Safety L2 Some experience of the fresh produce /food sector desirable HACCP trained.
