Full Job Description

This role provides administrative and logistical support for the delivery of the student ambassador project, which encompasses recruitment, training delivery and reward & recognition.

We're looking for a confident and personable individual with excellent administrative, communication and organisational skills as well as passion for working with students.

Student ambassadors are key stakeholders in the work the Student Recruitment, Marketing and Admissions service delivers. Ambassadors share their experiences throughout elements of our work to engage with prospective students at all levels, and support the decision making journey. The ambassador pool is inclusive and diverse and reflects the wide range of experiences our student body has here at University of Sheffield.

The role requires excellent customer service, collaboration and organisational skills as well as an interest in events and Higher Education.

The post is part of a central team which includes a range of high performing marketing, recruitment and events professionals as well as other administrative support roles. The team vision is to create the best possible prospective student experience at every touchpoint, in a collaborative and innovative way.
We build teams of people from different heritages and lifestyles from across the world, whose talent and contributions complement each other to greatest effect. We believe diversity in all its forms delivers greater impact through research, teaching and student experience.
