Full Job Description

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth functioning

  • Manage basic IT tasks and liaise with IT support when necessary

  • Handle HR duties, including onboarding, employee records, and using the Timetastic app

  • Maintain and troubleshoot office equipment, including printers and copiers

  • Coordinate office supplies and inventory, ensuring stock levels are maintained

  • Manage office budgets and expenses, ensuring cost efficiency

  • Organise and schedule meetings, appointments, and office events

  • Ensure the office is clean, organised, and well-maintained

  • Support team with administrative tasks, such as filing, scanning, and document management

  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

  • Facilitate internal communication and collaboration among team members

    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Studio Manager to join our team. As the Studio Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our studio, ensuring smooth functioning and exceptional customer service.     Salary: £32,000 - £42,000

  • Location: Shoreditch

  • 25 days of holiday on top of bank holidays
